Breath techniques
I have
discovered a new technique that I can use when I breathe. It have is usable
with the 4 counts breath, inn, hold and 4 counts, and out breath 4 counts and
hold 4 counts and around. It works very well for walking, and it goes like this
here;
When you breathe
inn, you breathe with your nose, you use nose to breathe in the air. Inhale 4 counts,
hold breathe 4 counts, and then; out though mouth, 4 counts hold counts and
around…
With breathing
through nose more air is compromised within the lungs and you are able to regulate
the amount of air that goes into your lungs. It’s like you are given a reserve
tank.
It works perhaps
best when walking, as the body is functioning and you need a lot of air. And that
you are able to preserve and, contain more air within your lungs, and to keep a
reserve tank sort of.
So: give it
a try: when walking: breath in with nose: 4 counts, hold 4 counts, breathe out
though mouth 4 counts hold 4 counts. – I recommend it. And I think it is good
stuff for awareness
